
Complaints by members of the ECHR "Musavat"
The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has received complaints for production about members of the party "Musavat" on violations during the parliamentary elections in 2015 in 29 single-mandate constituencies, Turan was told by the head of the apparatus of the party "Musavat" Gulaga Aslanli.
According to him, the complaint raises issues about not creating equal opportunities at the elections to all parties, not providing appropriate conditions for monitoring of elections by "Musavat" observers, electoral fraud.
The ECHR has also taken into production complaint of "Musavat" on the refusal of the executive power of Baku two years ago to agree on a march-rally party. Aslanli emphasized, that "Musavat" is going to continue to fight in the political and legal spheres.-06d--

This year, 22,000 foreign language teachers and an additional 4,000 teachers who were unable to pass certification last year will be involved in the certification process, the director of the state agency for preschool and general education, Eshgi Bagirov, announced on February 12.
