Court of Appeal kept "Musavat" member in custody
Baku/29.10.21/Turan: Baku Court of Appeal kept in custody "Musavat" party activist Rovshan Huseynov. This was reported by his lawyer Nemat Kerimli.
He was detained on October 13 in the street and taken to the 30th branch of the Surakhani district police department. The same day, the Surakhani court arrested him for 25 days, finding him guilty under Article 535.1 (disobedience to police) of the Code of Administrative Offences.
The Musavat associates Huseynov's arrest with the activists' procession on 11 October to the monument of Mammad Emin Rasulzadeh in Novkhani settlement on the occasion of the 110th anniversary of the creation of the Musavat Party.
The police created obstacles for the members of "Musavat", and Huseynov sharply protested against the actions of law enforcers.-06D

Although a ceasefire declaration was signed between the leaders of Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Russia, a peace treaty between Baku and Yerevan has yet to be signed, even four years later.
