Baku / 20.07.20 / Turan: By the decision of the Supreme Court, the activity of courts is resumed in the country. The SC informs that this decision was made taking into account the recommendations of the World Health Organization and the Cabinet’s resolution.
Courts in Baku, Jalilabad, Ganja, Masalli, Mingachevir, Sumgayit, Yevlakh, Absheron, Barda, Geranboy, Gokgol, Khachmaz, Siyazan and Sheki regions are recommended to ensure the consideration of cases of all categories in the Supreme Court and appeal courts, the appeal court says.
Recall that the consideration of cases of several categories in the courts was suspended at the end of June. -02B-
