Baku/01.12.22/Turan: A criminal case has been opened over the self-shooting of border guard soldier Kenan Nuriyev, the Military Prosecutor's Office of Azerbaijan said in a statement.
In particular, Shamkir military prosecutor's office opened a criminal case under Article 125 (incitement to suicide) of the Criminal Code.
A search was conducted at the scene and items of significance for the investigation were seized.
It should be reminded that on December 1, the State Border Service reported that conscript Kenan Nuriyev wounded himself with a firearm on November 29. His condition is assessed as serious. -05B06-
