Baku / 09.07.21 / Turan: An activist of the D18 Movement, Jalil Zabitov detained on July 7 in the Yardimli region, was taken to Baku and released last night after giving evidence, according to the D18 Movement message.
At the same time, the message does not specify where Zabidov was held and testified.
Note that the colleagues squared Zabidov's detention with his participation in the Facebook campaign "Ölkədə olunan haqqsizlıqlara #etirazedirəm!" ("I protest against arbitrariness in the country").
It should be remembered that in May 2020, Zabidov was sentenced to 5 months of imprisonment on hooliganism charges. This happened after he distributed materials on the page "Korrupsiyaya yox de" ("Say no to corruption!").
