The head of this NGO, Rufat Safarov, drew the attention of journalists to the numerous facts that public activists, bloggers and journalists were summoned to the prosecutor's office for their publications.
He called on the authorities to respect the rights of citizens to freedom of opinion and expression and not to persecute them for posting on social networks.
In turn, public activist Bakhtiyar Hajiyev said that the authorities persecute critics of the government, and at the same time ignore the facts of persecution and insults of activists.
