Baku06.03.19 / Turan: On Wednesday, activists of the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan (PFPA) Nijat Abdullayev, Ali Imankhanly and Farid Asadov were detained.
They were detained in front of a hospital in the Khatai district, where they went to visit a friend. All three of them were taken to the 36th police station of the Khatai District Police Department. Some time after the detention, Imankhanly and Asadov were released, while Abdullayev was taken to court and placed under administrative arrest. It is not yet known for what or for how many days he was arrested, the PFPA sources said. -21b--

As part of the struggle against illegal migration in Baku city, operative actions were carried out at different addresses. During the operation of the Main Drug Control Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 5 members of an organized group engaged in drug trafficking were detained. All of them have previous convictions: Bahlul Ismayilov, Royal Aliyev, Khayal Aliyev, Samir Aghayev, and Ali Mammadli.
