During the Karabakh conflict 4009 Azerbaijanis missed
For December 10, 2014, as a result of the Karabakh conflict, 4009 Azerbaijanis went missing, and 1428 were released from captivity, stated in the report of the State Commission on POWs, the missing and hostages.
The meeting of the Commission at the end of 2014 was held on Saturday, on which the committee chairman Firudin Sadigov said, it as revealed that 35 Azerbaijani citizens during the military operations were captured by the Armenian side. Subsequently, they were released in various ways. There are also unconfirmed reports that 31 people from among the missing, now are kept in Armenia. -03D-

On September 16, the Central Election Commission (CEC) submitted the protocols of the extraordinary parliamentary elections to the Constitutional Court. Although there were many complaints regarding the election process, the CEC did not affect the results in any constituency but annulled the results in more than 40 polling stations overall. The commission declared that the elections were conducted at a high level. However, several opposition forces stated that the elections were conducted based on pre-prepared lists.
