Employees of the hospital of the JSC "AzərSuTikinti" protest against its closure
Baku/18.01.22/Turan: Employees of the hospital ofthe "AzərSuTikinti JSC "(Azvodstroy) held a protest action yesterday against the closure of this medical institution. They point to the inadmissibility of liquidating this healthcare facility, which is the only state hospital in the Nizami district of Baku. In addition, in their opinion, in a pandemic, closing the hospital is also not right. The team turned to the President of Azerbaijan with a request to prevent the liquidation of the hospital.
The head of the public relations department of the TƏBİB (Joint Management of Territorial Medical Units) Elnara Bakhish said that 9 doctors of the said hospital, performing surgical operations, will be transferred to another facility.
In particular, 4 surgeons, two gynecologists and two ENT doctors will be transferred to the Sabuinchi Medical Center. “The rest of the medical staff, including the neurological, therapeutic, reception, resuscitation, laboratory departments will be transferred to the new Nizami Medical Center and will continue to work there. These issues are reflected in the staff list of this institution,” Bakhish said.—06D-
