Entrepreneurs who suffered during a fire in the Diqlas Shopping Center complain about incomplete compensation
Baku/05.01.19/Turan: A group of entrepreneurs who suffered during a fire in the shopping center "Diqlas" in March of this year, gathered on Wednesday in front of the presidential administration, expressing dissatisfaction with incomplete compensation for the damage.
"The damage caused to us is not paid, pressure is exerted on us, the returned goods are not returned, explaining this by the continuation of the investigation," said one of the entrepreneurs.
According to him, from the funds provided in the form of primary care, some entrepreneurs were given 2,000 manat, others - 10,000, and the third is nothing at all.
Every entrepreneur lost from 10 to 50 thousand manats in a fire.
"The money they give us as an aid goes to pay debts. Therefore, we ask the head of state to help us," said the entrepreneur Huseyn.
"We only want pay the damage. The President ordered that the funds be paid, but we are told "we'll see." Therefore, our last hope is to draw attention to our problem," said another person affected by the fire.
* On March 26 a fire occurred in the Diglas Shopping Center; on March 28, the President of the country held a meeting on this issue, giving appropriate instructions for providing assistance. More than 400 entrepreneurs suffered from the fire. On March 29, the head of state signed an order on the allocation of 3 million manat for the primary compensation for the loss suffered by the entrepreneurs. The special commission for three days accepted and listened to the problems of entrepreneurs. -0-
