Ex-head of Jalilabad region sentenced to 12 years of imprisonment
Baku/08.07.22/Turan: Former head of executive power of Jalilabad region Namig Zeynalov has been sentenced to 12 years iof imprisonment. This decision was made on Friday by the Lankaran court of grave crimes.
The prosecutor asked for a 13-year imprisonment sentence.
Zeynalov was found guilty of embezzlement, abuse of office, causing significant damage, taking bribes, etc.
He was arrested in December 2020 by agents of the State Security Service. -16D-
