Expertise appointed at the trial in the case of journalist
Baku/08.01.19/Turan: A regular meeting was held in Masalli district court yesterday on the suit of the head of the district Rafil Huseynov against the head of the site 7GUN.az, Javid Shiraliyev.
The hearings were postponed due to the appointment of an examination of the article that became the subject proceedings, the journalist himself told Turan.
The plaintiff believes that Shiraliyev insulted his honor, dignity, caused damage to business reputation and requires compensation of 3 thousand manat.
According to Shiraliyev, the reason for filing a lawsuit was the publication on the website and on facebook a number of articles on bribery, corruption, social problems, unemployment Masalli region.
According to the journalist, the head of the region was challenged by instructions in publications that bribery and corruption occur under his leadership.
In addition, continued Shiraliyev, he wrote that the son of the head of the region, having made an accident with human victims, but was not brought to justice. The journalist states that based on specific facts and evidence, and intends to defend his case in court.
