"Our family was informed on the phone by a deputy military prosecutor of the republic, Shafayat Imranov, but we did not receive any document," said the father .
Despite complaints to various authorities with a request for a fair hearing, no response was received . “This is a demonstration of indifference to human life and soldier casualties," said Aliyev Shirali .
Orhan Aliyev was drafted into the army in January 2013, and served in Tartar region . He died on the night of December 12, 2013.
The military unit and prosecutors insist that the soldier died of heart failure. But the family believes that their son was killed. Father claims that his son was healthy, and blames the death on the commander of the military unit, Nasib Ramazanov. -05C04-
