According to him, in Azerbaijan, measles does not have the character of an epidemic, since vaccinations are regularly carried out.
Currently, 160 thousand vaccines have been delivered to the country.
As Isayev noted, the majority of 55 measles cases are at adults. Due to vaccination in young age groups, the disease is not common.
Isayev believes the availability of vaccines will help control the situation and prevent a measles epidemic. -06D--
