First pilgrim party departs for Mecca
Baku/28.06.22/Turan: After a two-year hiatus caused by the coronavirus pandemic, Azerbaijani believers will once again make the hajj.
The first plane with believers on board will depart for Saudi Arabia tomorrow, June 29.
One more flight a day until July 2 inclusive will follow, the Caucasus Muslim Board's press service told Turan.
The pilgrims are expected to return on July 19 and 20.
This year, 680 believers from Azerbaijan are scheduled to go on Hajj to Saudi Arabia. -05D-
