Forest fire may reach the "Galaalti" recreation center in Shabran
Baku/17.08.22/Turan: The fight against forest fires in a number of regions of the country continues. The most difficult situation is in Shabran (120 km north of Baku), where the fire crept up to the popular "Galaalti" recreation center.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, in order to prevent the spread of fire, fire brigades are fighting the fire literally on the outskirts of the recreation center. Four fire trucks and a helicopter are involved in extinguishing the fire. Measures are being taken to prevent the spread of fire to the territory of "Galaalti" , the report said. Judging by the video footage, vacationers and recreation center staff have been evacuated. -02D-
