Former chief of staff of Baku administration arrested
Baku/03.04.21/Turan: The former head of the Baku City Executive Office, Rasim Guliyev, was arrested.
He was detained as part of an investigation carried out by employees of the General Directorate for Combating Corruption under the General Prosecutor. A preventive measure in the form of arrest was chosen against him.
The press service of the Prosecutor General's Office confirmed the information about the arrest of Guliyev.
Guliyev was charged under the Article of the Criminal Code 314-2.3 (illegal issuance of a building permit) and 308.2 (abuse of office, resulting in grave consequences). –03В06-
