Former head of Nizami district and architect of Ganja sentenced to 4 years in prison
Baku/31.01.22/Turan: On Monday, the Ganja Serious Crimes Court sentenced the former head of the Executive Power of the Nizami district of the city, Maharat Mustafayev, and the former head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Ganja, Ali Rustamov.
Both defendants were found guilty of abuse of office, fraud, taking bribes, and issuing illegal building permits. -02D-
