Forty two Azerbaijanis deported from European countries
Baku/16.02.22/Turan: The day before, 42 emigrants were deported from European countries to Azerbaijan: 39 were deported from Germany, 3 from Austria.
According to the statement of the State Migration Service of Azerbaijan, the return of these persons was carried out within the framework of the Agreement on readmission between Azerbaijan and the European Union.
Earlier, on November 26, 2021, 43 people were delivered from Germany to Azerbaijan in accordance with the specified document.
It should be noted that since November last year, four activists expelled from Germany, Mutallim Orujov, Malik Rzayev, Jafar Mirzoyev and Punhan Karimli, were arrested in Azerbaijan on charges of drug trafficking. They face 5 to 12 years in prison.—16D06-
