Fraudsters selling exam questionnaires exposed
Baku/19.05.22/Turan: The organizers of the illegal sale of examination questions under the international SAT program, which gives the right to enter foreign universities, have been arrested. These facts were established in the course of an investigation by the Main Directorate for Combating Corruption under the Prosecutor General and the State Security Service.
In particular, the director of Uğur İstanbul 2012 LLC Mammadov Jahid Sabit oglu, having entered into a criminal conspiracy with Aliyev Shahin Sevindik oglu and other persons, received questions from the SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test)private organization "College Board" international exam for a large bribe from educational centers in Izmir and Istanbul.
According to the investigation, Mammadov, Aliyev and other persons illegally sold these questions to individuals in Turkey and Azerbaijan for big money.
Thus, the College Board was significantly damaged in terms of admission to educational institutions on an objective basis.
Mammadov and Aliyev were charged under the relevant Articles of the Criminal Code, and the court arrested them.
The General Prosecutor's Office of Azerbaijan asks citizens who have encountered similar situations to report this to the 961 call center or the 161 hotline of the Main Anti-Corruption Department.
It should be noted that young people who have successfully passed the SAT exams have the opportunity to enter many universities in Turkey, the United States and partly in Europe. –16В-
