Freestyle wrestler Haji Aliyev reached the final of the Olympics, securing silver
Baku/06.08.21/Turan: Azerbaijani freestyle wrestler Haji Aliyev has reached the final of the Tokyo Olympics defeating Bajrang Punia from India with a score of 12 :5.
Aliev performs in the 65 kg category. Note that In the 1/8 finals he defeated Adam Diatt (Senegal) with a score of 4:0, then in the quarterfinals he beat Daulet Niyazbekov (Kazakhstan) - 9:1.
Tomorrow, in the final Aliyev will meet with Japanese Takuto Otoguro. As a matter of fact, Aliev has secured, at least, a silver medal in the competition. –06D-
