Gathering Together Forbidden in Nardaran
Mass gatherings are actually banned in Nardaran. The settlement’s elder Natig Kerimov regarded the police bans on locals to visit Nardaran Sanctuary, which is the main one in Absheron, this way.
"On December 11-12, people celebrate the day of Imam Reza’s death. However, people are not allowed to gather at the memorial event," he said.
"It is not clear on what basis it is done, whether a state of emergency, or war, or something else?
