Government delegation to Mehman Huseynov
Baku / 08.01.19 / Turan: On January 8 the heads of NGOs cooperating with the authorities Suddenly began to visit the convicted blogger Mehman Huseynov, who has been on a hunger strike for two weeks.
All of them, as if on cue, take pictures with Mehman Huseynov in the pre- trial detention center, and declare that he stopped the hunger strike.
Until now, none of the persons who visited Mehman Huseynov on Monday expressed any relation to his action and was not interested in his condition.
All this is proof that the authorities ordered to visit the protesting blogger and tell the international community that the situation is not critical.
However, just look at the smiling visitors and the exhausted face of Mehman Huseynov, he feels badly.
Meanwhile, the deputy executive secretary of the ruling party, Siyavush Novruzov, said that the case of Mehman Huseynov was contrived and was used by "anti-national" forces for provocations with the help of "henchmen of the West". -02B-
