The air temperature at night will be +20 +25°, during the day +31 +36°, the National Hydrometeorological Service under the Ministry of Ecology of Azerbaijan reports.
No rain is epxceted in the regions of the country, but short-term rains with thunderstorms in some mountainous areas are possible during the day. An easterly wind is expected at night and in the morning.

On December 25, an Embraer 190 passenger plane operated by Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC (AZAL), on a Baku–Grozny flight, crashed near the city of Aktau in Kazakhstan. Azerbaijan’s Consul General in Aktau, Ayxan Suleymanlı, stated that the plane had 67 people onboard, including crew members, 38 of whom died. According to him, 26 of the deceased were Azerbaijani citizens.
