In connection with the football matches of the Conference League, the Baku Metro will work in an enhanced mode
Baku/09.08.23/Turan: In connection with three matches of the Conference Football League to be held in Baku on August 9-10, two stations of the Baku Metro will work in an enhanced mode.
Thus, in connection with the match between Karabakh and Finnish HIC, the operation mode of the "Ganjlik" metro station located next to the sports arena will be changed at the Tofik Bahramov Republican Stadium. In particular, passenger traffic will be regulated for the safe passage of fans from the metro station to the stadium.
After the match, passenger transportation will be intensified at the expense of reserve trains.
Similar measures will be taken at the "Halglar Dostlugu" metro station in connection with the game at the "Neftchi Arena" stadium between Baku's "Neftchi" and Istanbul's "Besiktas."
On August 9, Baku will host another Conference League match between "Sabah" and "Partizan" Belgrade. It will be held at the "Alinja Arena" in the village of Masazyr. ---06B---
