In March, the air temperature in Baku will be close to the climate norm, and on several days will be somewhat higher than that reported by the Ministry of Environment Department of Hydrometeorology.
At the same time, the amount of precipitation in a number of locations will exceed the climatic standard.
In Baku and the Absheron peninsula the average temperature will be + 4 + 9 at night and on separate days it will be 0 -2 Celsius.
The daily monthly average will be + 10 + 15 and on separate days up to + 19 + 24.
