Journalist Links Dismissal of His Wife with His Publications
Baku /30.06.20 / Turan: The journalist and activist Elchin Hasanzadeh turned to the media and human rights organizations in connection with the dismissal of his wife.
According to Hasanzadeh, his wife, under the pretext of "staff reduction", was dismissed from the Mingachevir water utility. According to him, the staff reduction among 220 employees affected only his wife.
“She suffered because of my publications on corruption in Mingachevir. Behind this is the leadership of the city. They banished me from a rented apartment, then sued, demanding my arrest, and now my wife is left without work,” Hasanzadeh said.
Hasanzadeh is an employee of the Yukselish Info website and also publishes materials on human rights and corruption among officials on social networks. ---0-----
