Kazakh yurt on Seaside Boulevard Baku
Baku/01.08.22/ Turan: As part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, a Kazakh yurt was installed on the Seaside Boulevard of Baku (near Dəniz Vağzalı, opposite the "Reyhan" restaurant).
From 6 to 31 August 2022, the information and tourist center "Welcome to KZ" will be opened in the yurt and two exhibitions are planned to be held:
- permanent: stands about the bright sights of Kazakhstan - the Shymbulak ski resort (Almaty), the Baikonur cosmodrome, the Kyran falconry center (with a live falcon and the world of virtual reality of hunting with a falcon), the Esentai shopping and entertainment center Mall” (Almaty), tourist destinations of Air Astana.
- weekly changing: the cities of Almaty and Shymkent, Almaty, Turkestan and Mangystau regions will present their tourism potential, hold cultural, concert and entertainment programs.
Visitors will have the opportunity to get acquainted with Kazakh traditions, watch videos, listen to melodies and taste the national dishes of the country of the Great Steppe, plunge into the world of ancient nomads and get souvenirs.
The events are held with the support of the Embassy of Kazakhstan, the travel company "Discover Almaty", the airline "Air Astana" and the Trade House of Kazakhstan in Azerbaijan.--0--

President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola has invited Azerbaijani economist and political prisoner Professor Gubad Ibadoglu to Strasbourg to attend the 2024 Sakharov Prize award ceremony.
