Lease agreements on 18.000 hectares annulled
State Property Committee canceled the lease agreement for a total 18 hectares area, which are not used. These lands in various parts of the country, returned to the state. Press-service of the agency also reported that work is underway to return to the state another 23.000 hectares in 18 districts of the country. These lands are used inefficiently, or are not used at all. Acts and protocols drawn up in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offences and the Criminal Code, and are presented to individuals and officials. Citizens were explained their rights and duties, as well as legal requirements. Payment of fines within 30 days is required. Otherwise, will be taken measures under the law. These decisions can be appealed within 10 days.
The law on the use and protection of land was tightened in connection with the instructions of the Head of State. In this connection, fines and penalties, and in some cases even criminal liability have been set. -03D04-
