The newspaper "Azerbaijan" in the article "Progressive Example" writes about the economic development of the country and the coverage of this in international documents. The author refers to the Doing Business 2019 index of the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation, where Azerbaijan is indicated as the most reforming country. Thus, Azerbaijan improved its position by 33 points and was in 25th place in this rating.
In the "Index of Economic Freedom-2019" of the analytical center, "The Heritage Foundation" Azerbaijan is also noted as the country that has achieved the greatest growth.

According to the State Statistics Committee, out of 16099 pedagogical workers in preschool institutions, 31.8% have higher education. Of the 1679 heads of state kindergartens, 69.9% have higher education. 28.6% have diplomas of secondary specialized education.
The head of the press service of the Baku City Hall Israfil Karimov claims that in the kindergartens subordinate to the city administration, all the kindergarten managers have higher education. This area needs fundamental reforms. It is necessary to carry out monitoring, examination of teaching aids, curricula. The main thing is to return the kindergartens to the Ministry of Education, taking them from the subordination of the executive branch.
The site "Marja.az" in the article "In Azerbaijan, 10 banks have cash decreased" considers the issue of cash shortages in banks. According to the publication, out of 30 banks, 22 released cash data as of July 1. In 12 banks, the annual dynamics are positive, in 10 - negative.
