Growth in the non-oil sector and tax evasion are topics of today's copper.
The newspaper "Azerbaijan" writes that over six months of this year, growth in the non-oil industry amounted to 15.7%. This is the result of large investments in this area. One of the important development parameters is industrial development, to which the country pays special attention based on the state program for the period 2015-2020, which provides for the creation of industrial quarters. The share of this sector in the payment of taxes amounted to 70.1%.
The site "Bizim yol.info" writes about tax evasion of large business facilities, discussing this issue with expert Akram Hasanov. According to him, large companies divide the business between numerous companies that do not pay tax normally. The expert believes that the current leadership of the Ministry of Taxes, unlike the previous one, will fight against the shadow economy. As an example, he cited the situation with the recreation center "Relax". The expert believes that most hotels work in style with "Relax" and this is not a secret.
The newspaper "Yeni Musavat" publishes comments on the statement of Sheikh Pashade about wasteful commemoration. The ban on ehsan (refreshment) by administrative means is impossible, the author believes. The leader of the Democratic Party, Sardar Jalaloglu, believes that national traditions should be respected and interference in this matter is unacceptable. The state and religion are separate from each other; therefore, it is impossible to intervene in this issue. MP Fazil Mustafa believes that the ehsan at the wake should be abolished, since this is pointless.
