The website Modern.az discusses with the expert Kamran Asadov the decision of the Ministry of Education on partial payment for tuition at universities. Such an order was given by the Minister to the rectors of universities. Rectors are instructed to create conditions for partial tuition fees. The expert notes that in Turkey the cost of training is lower than ours, and they pay for training three times a year, and not once.
The website Axar.az writes that in Baku, some buildings were built without compliance with standards. The website is discussing this topic with the expert Elnur Farzaliyev. According to him, the norms on the distance between the houses are not respected, and they are being built too close. If the height of the building is 30 meters, then the distance between them should be at least 45 meters, as this is necessary for security purposes.
