Azerbaijani-American relations against the background of what US President Joe Biden called the events of 1915 in the Ottoman Empire "Armenian genocide", the prospects for the development of Azerbaijani-Russian relations, as well as relations between Azerbaijan and the OSCE Minsk Group, are topics of today's media.

The site “Redaktor.az” discusses with the deputy Arzu Nabiyev further relations between Azerbaijan and the United States against the background of the use of the expression “Armenian genocide” by the American president. According to the deputy, this fact is of a purely political nature. Today Armenia is used as a tool on a regional scale. Armenia itself should think about what legal force will have the expression "Armenian genocide" pronounced by the US President.

In any case, this will not be accepted at the state level. It is not beneficial for the Armenians themselves, since the opening of the borders with Turkey would bring great dividends to Armenia, both economically and politically.

The website “Moderator.az” writes that on April 26 a telephone conversation took place between the presidents of Russia and France. During the conversation, they also discussed the Karabakh issue. The article notes that Putin and Macron will soon prepare new initiatives within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group. Proceeding from this, the author believes that some unpleasant initiatives directed against it are being prepared behind Azerbaijan's back. In principle, both of these countries have carried out unpleasant activities behind Azerbaijan's back.

The Azpolitikainfo website discusses Russian-Azerbaijani relations with journalist Arif Aliyev. According to him, Azerbaijan’s advantage, acquired in military terms during the Second Karabakh War, is being missed in the diplomatic, since no conditions are met, except for the withdrawal of Armenians from the three regions.

At present, relations between Russia and Azerbaijan are tense, if official Baku shows persistence, Moscow may not achieve its goal. Russian peacekeepers are demonstratively exceeding their powers. The current tension is an attempt to force Russia to fulfill its obligations. If official Baku persists in joining the Eurasian Union and the CSTO, Moscow will not be able to achieve what it wants, Arif Aliyev said. According to him, Azerbaijan needs an ally to firmly stand on its position. And Turkey is such an ally. As for Russia, the current tension in relations will continue, so the belts must be tightened.
