In Azerbaijan, they switched to distance learning practically without preparation and appropriate conditions - weak Internet, the absence of many tablets and computers, system load, etc. They are trying to conduct distance learning in the absence of a regulatory framework for organizing the educational and examination process using distance technologies used in practice. In addition, there are few experts and specialists in distance learning in the country, the deputy says.

The website Redaktor.az writes about the study of the spread of coronavirus in the world. The study began in the Chinese city of Wuhan, where the virus came from. WHO specialists studied thousands of blood samples, they also managed to talk with the first resident of Wuhan, who was infected with coronavirus on December 8, 1920, a 40-year-old man. However, the article notes that the source of infection is not associated with the animal world.

The author recalls that President Ilham Aliyev gave instructions to the government in 2011 regarding these houses. However, the coronavirus pandemic and the Second Karabakh War forced the issue to be postponed.

More than 500 thousand houses that do not have a deed are home to 2 million people.
