Preparations for the vaccination process against COVID-19, the situation in the field of media, and the reasons for the non-fulfillment of the Moscow statement of January 11 are the topics of today's media.

Elchin Shykhly believes that it is necessary to convene a congress of journalists to dissolve this structure.

All opinions displayed on social media are private. Therefore, responsibility must be divided into two parts - personal responsibility for social networks and media responsibility.

Experts believe the media bodies represented on the Internet platform should also be paid certain attention, including information sites and Internet television. They are not social networks, so the regulation of this process in the legal plane is an important issue.

The website Bizimyol.info.az assesses the fulfillment of the obligations arising from the statement signed in Moscow on January 11 by the leaders of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia. As you know, at this meeting the issues of withdrawal of the Armenian military from Karabakh, restoration of the sovereignty of Azerbaijan, and the opening of communications were discussed.

Experts believe that Moscow needed this meeting, and of course, issues of concern were discussed there.
