The situation with coronavirus in Azerbaijan, the impact of the pandemic on prices for private homes, and offers to the government on compensation are topics of today's media.
The official newspaper Azerbaijan writes that everyone must fight to defeat the virus. Infectious disease experts believe that the virus can lose its pathogenic ability if a comprehensive fight is carried out. However, many citizens ignore this.
There is no specific treatment or prophylactic agents for the treatment of the disease. Experts also argue that the disease is often asymptomatic or with mild symptoms. In the absence of specific treatment, preference is given to pathogenetic and symptomatic therapy.
The website Redaktor.az provides the opinion of Professor Adyl Geybulla regarding the duration of coronavirus infection. He claims that it will last another 7-8 months. Then the virus will mutate and disappear, but it will take time to completely destroy it.
The professor expressed his attitude to taking dectamethasone in order not to get coronavirus. Taking medication without a doctor's prescription can lead to serious consequences. As for the effectiveness of the 15-day quarantine, this also depends on the people themselves and their compliance with the rules.
Toplum.tv – The expert Natig Jafarli believes that for the ban on the weekend (June 6-7 and June 14-15), compensation should be paid. The state should be liable for the prohibitions - otherwise it means failure to fulfill its obligations.
The expert claims a complication of the general macroeconomic situation, and a decrease in GDP. Since the beginning of the year in foreign trade and in the balance of payments, the negative balance has amounted to about 1.3 billion. This means a serious weakening of economic indicators and a significant reduction in budget revenues.
The state should understand that what is provided to citizens is in fact an aid to the state itself.
The website Metbuat.az writes that the pandemic caused the rise in price of private houses, because during the period of strict quarantine regime people are forbidden to go out. In private homes with courtyards, people can be outdoors. The prices range from 500 thousand to 700 thousand, depending on the territory of the yard. –0----
