The website Modern.az quotes the opinion of the deputy Vahid Ahmedov on the deployment of Russian peacekeepers in Karabakh. According to him, this does not at all mean the presence of a Russian military base in Azerbaijan. A limited contingent of Russian and Turkish military will be deployed on this territory. Turkey is the guarantor of peace along with Russia, the deputy said.
