The reasons for the small losses of the Azerbaijani side in the Second Karabakh War, the need to maintain solidarity in society, discussions about Armenia's compensation for Azerbaijan, and some parameters of the state budget for 2021 are topics of today's media.
The newspaper Azerbaijan assesses the country's successes in the Second Karabakh war and its losses. The Armenians thought that having built fortified structures, they would defend themselves, and the advancing enemy would suffer numerous losses. However, the Azerbaijani side used fifth generation weapons, and the soldiers had a high patriotic and fighting spirit. The few casualties are also attributed to brilliant military operations.
The website Yenisabah.az writes about the solidarity demonstrated during the Second Karabakh War. In the war, not only a military-political victory was won, but the people showed themselves as a nation. Solidarity must continue, and mutual recriminations must be left aside. The violators of solidarity are: corruption, abuse of office and bureaucratic arbitrariness.
High-ranking officials, who hung like a stone around the necks of the people, have been removed, and now the country has begun to take its strategic tasks and goals more seriously.
The website Redaktor.az discusses the issue of payment of compensation by Armenia to Azerbaijan. The leadership of Armenia either does not represent the damage caused to Azerbaijan, or does not want to do it. The huge damage must be paid.
In the liberated territories, damage was caused not only to infrastructure and houses, but also to nature, in particular, forests.
Today only Lachin remains under occupation, which is to be released on December 1.
According to the World Bank's methodology, damage is calculated in four important areas: damage to property and infrastructure, loss of life, economic impact and damage to human development.
The website Bizimyolinfo.az quotes the opinion of the deputy Vahid Ahmedov regarding the state budget for 2021. The delay in the consideration of the budget is explained by the liberation from the occupation of the Azerbaijani territories.
According to the deputy, the state budget will also be associated with raising the living standards of the families of martyrs and veterans, providing them with housing and benefits. The budget will also cover the issues of demining territories, the implementation of infrastructure projects, the restoration of executive bodies, and the development of agriculture.
Particular attention will be paid to the military, as well as the fight against the pandemic. --0 ----

Baku, often called the "Caucasian Dubai," is increasingly known for systematic violations of residents' housing rights. During urban renovations and the construction of elegant new buildings, thousands of families in Azerbaijan’s capital have been unlawfully deprived of their homes. Many, recognizing the futility of resistance, settle for inadequate monetary compensation for their irreplaceable property. A minority, placing faith in the Housing Code, demand fair compensation from construction companies but often lose everything—both their homes and any form of recompense.
