The newspaper "Azerbaijan" focuses on the decision of President Ilham Aliyev to compensate for the damage to store owners in the Diqlas shopping center at public expense. The author regards it as a concern of the head of state for his citizens at a difficult time. The author also emphasizes the timeliness of the necessary measures for fire safety, which will prevent such large losses.
The newspaper "Yeni Musavat" cites the opinion of the deputy Fazil Mustafa. He believes, if the country does not know how to create a reliable insurance system, but the fault of ordinary citizens is not in this.

Amina Hajiyeva confirmed the fact, noting that the ban on her departure was imposed two years ago. She applied to all local courts, as well as the European Court. In January of this year, Baku Administrative and Economic Court No. 2 removed the restrictions on leaving, so she decided to go to Georgia for treatment, but in vain ... In this regard, on March 28, Amina Hajiyev sent a letter to President Ilham Aliyev and Interior Minister Ramil Usubov, and aksed tolift the ban.
