Baku/04.08.21/Turan: Law enforcement bodies revealed the fact of unjustified disability in the Saatly central regional hospital.
According to the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office, it was established that the medical director of the hospital, Adam Aliyev, in league with other officials, forged medical documents of his relative to receive benefits, allegedly due to a violation of cerebral circulation.
The medical director provided deliberately false information while the patient was not disabled.
As a result, the Saatly regional branch of the State Social Protection Fund issued an allowance of 2,976 manats to a man from June 1 to December 31, 2019.
In fact, the prosecutor's office of the Saatly district initiated a criminal case under Articles 308.1 (abuse of official powers) and 313 (official forgery) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. —06D-

In 2017, the Sumgayit City Court ruled to evict the Aliyev family—refugees from Gubadli (Akper, Sarvinaz, Ramil, and two other family members)—from an illegally occupied apartment in the 12th microdistrict, Building 7A, Apartment 35. The court ordered the property be returned to its rightful owner, Samaya Aliyeva. However, the Ministry of Justice intervened, citing a presidential decree from July 1, 2004, which approved a state program for improving the living and working conditions of refugees. Under this directive, refugees without alternative housing cannot be evicted until they are provided with a replacement residence by the Executive Authority.
