However, in recent days, pain in the leg has intensified, and he needs immediate operation.The lawyer recalled that the PACE co-rapporteurs visited jail N 14, where they met with Mehman Huseynov. The blogger suffers from pain in the veins, he previously applied for an operation, but the Medical Directorate of the Penitentiary Service said that there was no such need.Mehman Huseynov was sentenced by the Surakhani court of the capital to imprisonment for 2 years on March 3, 2017.On January 9, he was kidnapped in the center of the city, and on January 10 he was in the police of the Nasimi district.In court, he stated that he had been tortured by the police. Huseynov's lawyer appealed to the Baku Prosecutor's Office to investigate the fact of torture.
