Baku / 18.08.20 / Turan: The Ministry of Internal Affairs explained the detention of blogger Keramet Boyukchel with a complaint against him from neighbors.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the residents of the building and the owner of the apartment in which the blogger lived, filed a complaint with the police.
Allegedly, for two days now, noise has been heard from the apartment where Boyukchel lives.
It is alleged that he insulted a neighbor who urged him to keep quiet.
Therefore, on the basis of a complaint, the police officers arrived at Boyukchel's rented apartment to investigate on the spot. Boyukchel was detained. An investigation is underway, according to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. -0-

The police took the publicist and blogger from home
Baku / 18.08.20 / Turan: Blogger and publicist Karamat Boyukchel was detained on August 18 by police at his home. He demonstrated everything that was happening live on his Facebook page.
The footage shows how the police knocked his door. Opening the doors, he asked what they wanted. However, the police without explanation grabbed him and took him away.
The press service of the city police did not comment on the incident.
