Ministry of Internal Affairs Warns Unauthorized Trips Outside City to Be Suppressed
Baku /29.12.20 / Turan: The Ministry of Internal Affairs issued a warning not to visit the regions on holidays and weekends.
Car drivers who try to bypass quarantine posts on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on holidays, will be punished and returned back, the Interior Ministry warned.
You can leave the quarantine regions only on the basis of registration on the permission.e-gov.az portal, as well as with a travel certificate.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs warns citizens that in the administrative territories of cities and regions where there is a strict special quarantine regime, raids will be carried out at recreation centers. Quarantine violators will be prosecuted according to the law.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, on December 28, 2,538 cars that tried to pass through the police stations without proper permission were returned back. Also on December 28, administrative sanctions were imposed on 2365 people who violated the rules of the quarantine regime.
It should be noted that thousands of city residents traditionally spend these days in the regions during the New Year holidays. -05B-
