Movement for Democracy and Prosperity Suing Justice Ministry
Baku / 21.04.17 / Turan: Baku Administrative Economic Court No. 1 accepted the complaint of the Azerbaijani Movement for Democracy and Prosperity (AMDP) against the Ministry of Justice. The complaint is related to the refusal of the Ministry of Justice to register the organization.
The case is scheduled for May 2.
The movement was founded in December 2014 by a group of opposition politicians and civil society activists. It is headed by the well-known expert Gubad Ibadoglu.
Despite repeated appeals to the Ministry of Justice for the state registration of AMDP, this was denied. -05B06-
