Natig Jafarli on Causes of Gence Events
Baku / 11.07.18 / Turan: Gence events were caused by two global reasons - the lack of opportunities for people to achieve justice in society and the decline in the level of education of the population. This opinion was expressed to Turan News Agency by a member of the Mejlis of REAL Party Natig Jafarli, commenting yesterday's clashes in Gence between protesters and police.
According to him, in the conditions of limiting opportunities for secular forces and civil society, reactionaries come to the forefront. As for specific local reasons, Jafarli refrained from commenting due to lack of information. However, he condemned the murder of two police officers. -06B--
