New anti-record of daily increase in coronavirus infected in Azerbaijan
Baku / 02.06.20 / Turan: 273 new cases of COVID-19 infection were recorded in Azerbaijan, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers said on June 2.
Patients born in 1943, 1954 and 1956, with positive result for coronavirus died.
Over the past day, 56 patients recovered. In total, coronavirus was detected in 5935 people in Azerbaijan.
Of these, 3,564 recovered, 71 - died, 2,300 - are being treated in special treatment hospitals.
The health of 50 patients is assessed as severe, 73 - moderate, the rest - stable. Since the start of the pandemic, 309.901 tests have been performed to identify those infected with coronavirus.
Note that the current rate of new infections in Azerbaijan is the largest per day.
The previous record was on May 30, when 257 new infections were detected. —021D06-
