No Charges Brought against Alovsat Aliyev
Baku / 21.11.19 / Turan: Alovsat Aliyev, a lawyer and immigrant from Azerbaijan, detained as part of a major migration scandal in Germany, has not yet been released.
His brother, the head of the Civil Solidarity Party, Sabir Rustamkhanly, said that Alovsat Aliyev’s lawyer is preparing to appeal, because there is no evidence of Alovsat’s involvement in any illegal actions. The police have not yet made any charges against him. The verification is ongoing, Rustamkhanly said.
Recall that a few days ago, the German police detained several immigrants from Azerbaijan as part of an investigation into the case of illegal migration to this country.
Among the detainees there is also the owner of the Legat law firm Alovsat Aliyev. -05B-

As part of the struggle against illegal migration in Baku city, operative actions were carried out at different addresses. The Interior Ministry reports that employees of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration identified and detained 34 foreigners without documents giving the right to reside and stay on the territory of Azerbaijan.
