He was detained on November 22 without giving reasons. Ramin is not a politician and lives in Sheki, his brother said. Rauf Abdurrahmanly believes that the arrest of his brother is pressure on the Popular Front Party. Rauf Abdurrahmanly was also arrested for 30 days this summer. -05D-
