Polad Aslanov stopped his hunger strike in the colony

According to her, the action was stopped due to the cessation of pressure on Polad.

She pointed out that the two prisoners who terrorized Aslanov were planted in the punishment cell with Polad. After they were removed from the punishment cell, the pressure on Polad stopped.

According to Gulmira Aslanova, it was representatives of the Red Cross only visited her husband during the action.

Earlier, the department of public relations of the penitentiary service stated that the information about Aslanov's hunger strike and pressure on him was contrary to reality.

It is worth noting that on November 16, 2019 Aslanov was sentenced to 16 years of imprisonment treason charges in favor of Iran. He denied the accusation as saying that he was punished for publishing materials about corruption in law enforcement agencies.
