Police conducted a special operation in the network of "Lady Sharm" stores
Baku / 04.02.19 / Turan: The police carried out raids in the "Lady Sharm" stores, and revealed the sale of Chinese-made clothing forged by well-known brands.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in the course of the operation carried out by employees of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, according to numerous complaints from citizens in the "Lady Sharm" store network, numerous violations of the rights of consumers and customer fraud were revealed.
Investigation revealed that poor quality clothing made in the People's Republic of China, exhibited in 12 stores, was stitched in the underground shops of "Lady Sharm" with labels from well-known brands like Chanel, Fendi, Dolce & Gabbana, Valentino, Chiristian Dior "," İtterre" ,and others. These clothes with fake labels were sold to customers for a price many times higher than the real value.
An underground sewing workshop and a warehouse of the "Lady Sharm"network of stores were discovered.
According to the above facts, a lawsuit was filedunder the relevant articles in the investigative department of the General Directorate of Police under the relevant articles, and the investigation continues.
One of the firm"s owners, a resident of Jalilabadregion, ElnurIsmailov, chief accountant of the firm ZiyaratAbbasov, responsible employees ValehGarayev and FuadAlizadeh were detained and brought to the investigation. -16D-
